• Oversee and coordinate on-site biohazard and trauma cleanup operations with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and train field technicians to ensure quality workmanship, discretion, and compassion during emotionally sensitive situations.
• Maintain and manage cleanup equipment, inventory, and vehicle readiness.
• Interface with law enforcement, property owners, and insurance adjusters professionally and respectfully.
• Conduct quality checks, ensure documentation accuracy, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Requirements
• 3+ years in hazardous materials handling, biohazard cleanup, or related field preferred.
• Current HAZWOPER 40 certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Ability to manage emotionally challenging environments with professionalism and empathy.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
