• Support field teams with logistical coordination, equipment tracking, and data entry.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating company-wide communications and updates.
Requirements
• 3+ years in office administration or operations management, preferably in a service-based or emergency response industry.
• Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRM tools).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with sensitive client situations.
